Prior to joining BSI, Erickson built his career in the property and casualty insurance industry before transitioning into employee benefits, where he has spent more than nine years helping employers strengthen their benefit programs and improve employee outcomes. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Shanthi Project, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
