Prior to joining BSI, Kelly served in leadership roles with St. Luke’s University Health Network (SLUHN), where she advanced philanthropic growth, corporate partnerships, strategic marketing, and community engagement. Her work helped cultivate meaningful investments that enhanced patient care and strengthened one of the nation’s leading integrated health systems. Earlier in her career, she built a diverse foundation in media, communications, and nonprofit leadership through roles with Viacom, NBC Sports Group, and United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley (UWGLV). These experiences shaped her ability to navigate complex organizations, build trusted relationships, and lead high-impact initiatives across the corporate, healthcare, nonprofit, and media sectors.
Throughout her career, Kelly has also successfully led executive communications, business development efforts, and high-profile events that strengthen brands, cultivate stakeholder trust, and create lasting organizational value. She is passionate about helping organizations grow with purpose while investing in the people and cultures that make long-term success possible.
