Our employee benefits firm was founded in 2003 by our Agency Principal and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony (Tony) DaRe. Prior to founding BSI Corporate Benefits, Tony served clients on the insurance carrier side for Geisinger Health Plan and the University of Michigan M-Care. During that time, Tony realized his true passion was to be an advocate for clients rather than insurance carriers. He started BSI with the mission to be an advocate for clients on both a human and a financial level, and that thinking continues to serve as the foundation for the work we do today.

In 2024, Tony DaRe, his wife, the BSI team, and supporters raised more than $25 million for United Way in the Lehigh Valley.
