BSI Corporate Benefits (BSI) is excited to announce the acquisition of My HCM Partner to bring enhanced value to their clients. The acquisition of My HCM Partner provides BSI clients with the added benefit of managed payroll, HR services, benefits administration, and HCM system implementation support and deployment.
My HCM Partner was founded by Chris DeLuca in 2021. Working in human resources and technology integration for most of her career, Chris developed My HCM Partner with the mission to provide solutions to the pain points associated with some HCM platforms and integration. Within a few years, the company became a premier benefits administration and HCM consultant to not only BSI, but companies throughout the country. BSI acquired My HCM Partner in 2023, due to their overall experience, performance, industry knowledge and dependability. Through this acquisition and bringing Chris and her team onboard, BSI has been able to offer a comprehensive benefits administration and human capital management (HCM) system directly to their clients, ensuring benefit administration platforms are set up correctly and efficiently.
Serving as Director, Technology Services at BSI, Chris and her team work with clients to streamline the entire benefits administration process by automating tasks such as enrollment, eligibility verification, and plan selection. This not only saves time, but also reduces the likelihood of errors or discrepancies. It is crucial for any company implementing a benefits platform to consider a system’s compatibility with existing HR and payroll systems to ensure seamless integration, data synchronization, and compliance with data protection regulations to safeguard sensitive employee information. BSI currently has access to over a dozen top technology platforms across the country including Kronos-Ultimate, BenefitFocus, ADP, Paycor, Paycom, Paylocity, Zywave, Isolved (NCR/Jetpay), Bswift, Employee Navigator, and TBX. BSI assesses the scalability, flexibility, and security of each system to accommodate future growth and changing requirements.
BSI has developed three tiers of technology support services to meet the specific needs of each client. These offerings include one-time engagement, ongoing engagements, and HCM consulting services. Through BSI’s expertise, they have been able to provide clients with strategic and well-implemented benefits administration and HCM systems to help their client’s employees make informed choices about their benefits, leading to increased engagement and appreciation.
