The appointments mark another milestone in BSI’s evolution as a nationally recognized leader in employee benefits consulting while further strengthening one of the industry’s most diverse executive leadership teams.
With women representing 50% of BSI’s executive leadership team, the organization significantly exceeds the national employee benefits industry average of approximately 22% female C-suite representation. “These additions represent far more than executive hires, they are investments in the future of BSI, our clients, our employees, and the communities we serve,” said Tony DaRe, CEO of BSI. “Kelly and Gianna are accomplished leaders whose operational, strategic, and people-focused expertise align perfectly with the culture we continue to build. As we continue to expand nationally, their leadership will be instrumental in helping us scale while preserving the personalized service and innovation that define who we are.”
