Compliance support has become a substantial portion of the service BSI provides for our clients. In addition to providing a complete Department of Labor (DOL) ready compliance audit at no additional cost, BSI works in conjunction with our clients’ payroll and financial reporting vendors as well as medical carriers to collect all required data necessary for ACA reporting. BSI will also calculate PCORI fees by using all three available methods to determine the most cost-effective method for our clients.
BSI also facilitates the preparation of plan documents, provides compliance support, administers COBRA benefits, and monitors a multitude of other federal and state laws and regulations.
BSI COMPLIANCE REVIEW
BSI provides our clients a full Department of Labor ready compliance audit including an audit-ready compliance binder at no additional cost. Our compliance review is based upon the current audit protocols of the Department of Labor. The review process also considers the various administrative responsibilities under PPACA. This review is conducted to ensure our clients are in full compliance and not exposed to potential fines and penalties. After the initial review, our dedicated account team will compile, create, and/or amend all documents required to keep our clients in full compliance on a regular basis.
